Organiza-tion & Focus Presentation lacked organization and focus.  It had minimal detail and it was hard to follow. Presentation was somewhat organized and easy to follow.   It wasn't too focused and it lacked some detail. Presentation was organized and easy to follow. Presentation was focused and it included plenty of detail.

Presentation was very organized, focused, and included a lot of detail.  Demonstrated competency  beyond what was expected.

 
Intonation
& Pacing
Presenter spoke in a voice that was difficult to understand.  Voice was too slow, fast, or soft. Presenter spoke in a voice somewhat clear and easy to understand. Voice as a little bit to slow or fast. Presenter spoke in clear voice and at a speed that was easy to understand. Presenter spoke with wonderful voice projection.  Voice was captivating and was beyond what was expected.  
Sequence Presentation recounted experiences that were not in order. Presentation recounted experiences somewhat in order. Presentation clearly recounted
experiences in a logical sequence.
