Student Learning Objectives
- Students will learn the importance of one of the Elements of Design - Value. Students will become familiar with the Value Scale and how to create it using different media. Students will explore works of art including pieces of photography, painting, sculpture and drawing that incorporate the use of value. Students will learn how to use and take care of watercolor paint, tempera paint and the paintbrushes involved. Students will also learn how to use a scanner, digital camera and Adobe Photoshop 6.0.
